“LE LONDON” KNIFE

The “London” folding knife used by Breton sailors in the 19th and 20th centuries, is inspired by English sailors’ knives, characterized by a wide, rounded blade, which was the only shape permitted on ships.

The rounded tip of the blade, especially designed for cutting ropes, also helped prevent serious injuries in heavy weather.

Traditionally crafted in our workshop in Thiers (France)

It comes with a leather sheath stamped TMC.
